1 Acceptance of Terms

ye999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active ye999 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as required during the registration process;
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any linked mobile wallet credentials — secure and confidential;
• Notify ye999 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person;
• Not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use your account to place bets, purchase game credits, or access the platform in any way.

ye999 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials. Account activity conducted through your login credentials is your responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ye999 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Methods: ye999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposit Processing: Most deposits are credited to your ye999 balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. ye999 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside ye999's control.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ye999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment credentials that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Bonus Restrictions: Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Real money funds deposited by you (non-bonus funds) are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a bonus is still active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

ye999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and begun wagering a bonus at the time of modification will not be affected by changes to that specific active bonus.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

ye999 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all game activity on the platform:

• Random Number Generation: All games on the ye999 platform use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform, its staff, or any player.

• Errors and Mistakes: In the event that a game is offered at incorrect odds or with incorrect parameters due to a human or technical error, ye999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

7 VIP Programme

ye999 operates a structured VIP programme offering enhanced benefits to regular players across multiple tiers. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following:

• Tier Progression: VIP tier advancement is based on points accumulated through qualifying gameplay. The points required for each tier and the benefits available at each level are detailed on the VIP page.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ye999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;

• Maintenance of more than one active account;

• Use of automated tools, bots, or any software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction request.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, ye999 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ye999 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed wagering requirements on any active bonus.

9 Responsible Gaming

Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we encourage all players to approach it with that perspective — as a leisure activity with a defined PKR budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
